When a person really know what he/she wants, it is just the matter of making it known to others. The method or approach is very subjective depending to the owner.
It is always exciting to see the reaction received from others on the message communicated. Whether it is positive or negative, that is also subjective -- highly dependent to the one receiving (or/and giving) the message.
In the end, it is all about the ability to communicate effectively. How to measure the effectiveness? It is the choice of the person who rate it.
